Mr. Miller has practiced law in south Georgia and north Florida since 1988. Mr. Miller graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1985. During law school, he interned at the District Attorney’s office, enabling him to conduct felony jury trials.

Mr. Miller served as a law clerk to a federal district court judge in the Southern District of Georgia. After the clerkship, he joined a general practice law firm, conducting title searches for more than 1,000 tracts of real estate in Georgia and South Carolina. During his career, Mr. Miller has managed more than 20,000 bankruptcy cases, handled numerous types of financial issues, advising clients regarding the legal aspects of their businesses and has litigated cases in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina.

In short, Mr. Miller has handled almost every type of case that presents itself in the local area.
